WA Cricket Volunteers Get Opportunity Of a Lifetime

A group of WA Community Cricket volunteers received a money can’t buy experience during the Second Test match at Perth Stadium.
The West Australian Cricket Association (WACA) put on a very special breakfast for the volunteers before they made their way over the Matagarup Bridge to our world class Stadium for Day Two of the Test match between Australia and India.

The group got to hear from the likes of legendary fast bowler Glen McGrath and Australian coach Justin Langer as they toured the new home of cricket.

The volunteers then stepped out onto the hallowed turf to witness the Australian and Indian men’s cricket teams warm-up and watch the Fox Sports commentary team kick-off their broadcast.
Following their unique pre-match experience, the group then made their way to their seats to soak up the Day 2 action and cheer on the Aussies!
